The appellants (Defendants) and the respondent (Plaintiff) have filed the present application, seeking decision of the present appeal in light of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The original compromise dated 14.02.2018 has been placed on record along with the present application.
In view of the above, the application (IA No. 880/2018) is allowed; and the present appeal is allowed with the consent of the Respondent and in light of the compromise dated 14.02.2018. The impugned judgment and decree dated 22.05.2015 is set aside.
Decree in accordance with law be prepared.
