On 13.03.2018, when this appeal was listed for hearing, this Court has observed thus :-
“Mr. Arvind Shrimali, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that for last many years, his clients have not contacted him and in such situation he has also sent a registered letter to all the appellants, but he has neither heard anything nor has received any instructions so far.
In view of above, the matter stands adjourned to 10.04.2018, for passing appropriate orders.”
Mr. Arvind Shrimali, learned counsel for the appellants informs that despite sending a registered notice, nobody has contacted him for completion of the instruction, as such he is unable to assist the Court. He also informs that the registered letter sent to the appellants has returned undelivered.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed for want of
prosecution.
Needless to observe that the appellants shall be at liberty for
revival of the appeal, if occasion so arise.
