In view of the order dated 11.03.2018 under the hand of Registrar, University of Rajasthan where the petitioners-colleges have been granted provisional affiliation for the Academic Year 2017-18 pertaining to the B.Ed. courses, the petitions have become infructuous. Consequences to follow.
The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is made clear that any of the petitioners are aggrieved of any of the conditions of the order dated 11.03.2018, they shall be free to take remedies in accordance with law.
The respondent-contemnors stand discharged.
