that pursuant to the order dated 4.5.2017 passed by this Court in SBCWP No.6621/2017, the petitioner has been issued a requisite caste certificate (SC) vide order dated 9.4.2018.
He submitted that in this view of the matter this contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly disposed of. Notices are discharged.
