By way of this petition petitioner is seeking review of judgment dated 07.12.2015 passed in D.B Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.2009/2011.
Indisputably, the identical review petitions arising out of the said judgment already stand dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2017 passed in D.B. Writ Review No.106/2016 (Smt. Saroj Jain & Anr. v. Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur & Ors.) and another connected matter.
In this view of the matter, the present review petition is also dismissed in light of order dated 25.07.2017 passed in the matter of Smt. Saroj Jain’s case (supra).
