The matter comes up for consideration of application (249/2017) for restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15069/2016, which was dismissed on account of per-emptory order passed by this Court on 23.3.2017.
It is averred in the restoration application that due to some mistake, the defects pointed out by the office could not be removed within stipulated time.
Having considered the averments made in the restoration application and after hearing learned counsel for the applicant, the restoration application is allowed.
