Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that S.B. Civil Writ petition No.1896/2016 was dismissed on account of non filing of requisites. It is contended that the requisites could not be filed due to bonafide mistake and there is no intention to delay the matter.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the averments made in the instant restoration, application the same is allowed. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1896/2016 be restored to its original number.
