The matter comes up for consideration of two application Nos.319/2017 and 283/2017. The application No.319/2017 has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for issuing

direction to reconstitute the record of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12033/2012 and the application No.283/2017 has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for ordering restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12033/2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12033/2012 was dismissed in default and, therefore, the same be restored to its original number.

The petitioner has failed to disclose the date, on which, S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12033/2012 was dismissed.

Hence, the application No.283/2017 for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition is dismissed.

Pursuant to the above, the application No.319/2017 for reconstitution of the record of the aforesaid writ petition is also dismissed.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the District Collector, Bikaner with a prayer for restoring his fire works/crackers license on a new location.

If any such application is moved on behalf of the petitioner, it is expected that the District Collector, Bikaner shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law taking into consideration the decisions taken in similar matters.
