The instant misc. application has been moved by the State Government for making correction in the order dated 21.4.2016 whereby the parole application of the petitioner convict was disposed of.
It is pointed out by the State Government in the misc. application that the parole application filed by the convict was as a matter of fact with the prayer for refund of the cash bail amount of Rs.50,000/- which the convict deposited in terms of the order dated 20.4.2015 passed by this Court in Parole Application No.3951/2015. By inadvertence, Court disposed of the parole application No.9568/2015 directing that the petitioner’s case for grant of parole may be considered by the Central Government.

Thus, apparently, the parole application was decided erroneously and contrary to the prayer made by the convict in his application. Thus, the order dated 21.4.2016 passed in Parole Writ Petition No.9568/2015 is recalled. The parole writ petition be restored to its original number and listed in the Court after two weeks.
