Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Sarthak Rastogi submits that he has not received instructions from the client in spite of having sent letter to him.
The prayer in the writ petition relates to appointment on the post of Junior Accountant by the recruitment conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission under the Junior Accountant Combined Competitive-II stage examination 1994. As the selections relating to said examination are over, and there is no interim order passed in favour of the petitioner, the matter has become academic.
In view thereof by efflux of time, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
