At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal provided by respondents in the Circular issued by them.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. 'It is further ordered that in case the

appeal is filed by the petitioner within one month from today, no objection shall be raised regarding limitation and same shall be deemed to be within period of limitation. The said appeal shall be decided by the appellate authority within two months from the date of its institution.
