Learned counsel for petitioner submit that, now, an order has been passed by the respondent-Municipal Corporation, Kota favourable to the petitioner. In the light of the order dated 29.5.2014 at annexure-R/3, nothing survives as the petitioner has been allowed to run the dairy booth. Accordingly, this writ petition has become infructuous in the light of the order dated 29.5.2014.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as
rendered infructuous.
