These writ petitions are filed by the petitioner-institutions with the grievances that the due money of the petitionerinstitutions, sanctioned by the Municipal Council, Jaisalmer, has not been paid to them.
Learned counsel for the respondents has informed this Court that due money of the petitioner-institutions have already been paid to them through cheques and the said cheques have also

been encashed by them and, therefore, these writ petitions have become infructuous.
Reply to the writ petitions have already been filed while stating that the due payment of the petitioner-institutions have already been paid to them.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to dispute the fact.
In view of the fact that the grievances of the petitionerinstitutions have already been redressed, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
Stay petition also stands dismissed.
