Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The respondent No.1 to 10 were the original applicants before the Tribunal. They were claiming seniority above Vinod Kumar impleaded as respondent No.4 in the original application filed by them.

Vide impugned decision dated July 14, 2005, the claim of respondent No.1 to 10 has been allowed with a direction that they be assigned seniority above respondent No.4 to the post of Enquiry and Reservation Supervisor. Vinod Kumar challenged the

impugned order by way of D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3901/2007 which was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court on March 13, 2015 directing that the issue of seniority would be decided as per the decision of the Supreme Court reported as 1997 SCC (L & S) 1123, V.K. Dubey & Ors. Vs. U.O.I. Therefore, the instant petition is disposed of declaring that the order dated March 13, 2015 in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3901/2007 would be treated as
