It is stated that land of Khasra Nos.30, 31, 60, 80, 159, 466, 439, 491, 506, 652, 681, 987, 740, 1000 and 37 belongs to charagah as well as pond. The encroachment on it exists and has not been removed by the official respondents thus present writ petition has been filed. It is moreso when no heed was paid to the representation submitted by the petitioners.

In view of the facts given above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to consider the representation. If any encroachment on the pasture land exists or it is on the land belonging to pond then respondents would take action immediately as per the provisions of law. If no action is taken by the respondents, the petitioners would be at liberty to prefer a contempt petition after waiting for a period of two months or production of copy of this order.
