Mr.R.A. Katta appears for Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS).
On instructions of Dr.S.S. Mudgal, Deputy Registrar, RUHS OIC present in court, he submits that the petitioner no.2-The Saint Florence College of Nursing (hereinafter ‘college’) will be included by RUHS in counselling for allocation of students in the B.Sc. (Nursing) course in Academic Year 2017-18 as neither the NOC granted to the said college by the State Government has been withdrawn nor the recognition by INC withdrawn.
Mr.R.A. Katta submitted as long as the petitioner-college continues to have a valid NOC from the State and recognition from INC for its B.Sc.(Nursing) course it will similarly be included in

counselling for allocation of students in the B.Sc. (Nursing) course in future counsellings too.
In view of the statement made by Mr.R.A. Katta, the petition stands disposed of. His statement is also made a direction of this court.
