This criminal revision petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 28.03.2017, whereby the Additional Sessions Judge, Sujangarh, District Churu while accepting the application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has ordered the Jail Authority to allow the petitioner for appearing in M.A. (Previous) Examination in the custody of the police guards, provided the petitioner shall deposit the expenses of the guards.
