After attempting to argue the matter on merit for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press these criminal revision petitions, however, prayed that the trial court be directed to decide the proceedings under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the trial court’) pending against the petitioner expeditiously. Accordingly, these criminal revision petitions are dismissed as not pressed. However, it is expected that the trial court shall decide the proceedings under Section 12 of the Act of 2005 pending against the petitioner expeditiously.

Stay petitions are also dismissed.
