By this application, the applicant-
petitioner seeks correction in the order dated 02.03.2017 passed in S.B.Cr. Misc. IInd Bail Application No.462/2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 02.03.2017, inadvertently the FIR number has wrongly been mentioned as “FIR No.156/2016” of Police Station, Abu Road, City District Sirohi, whereas it should be “FIR No.156/2015”.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that due to inadvertence, the aforementioned mistake has occurred. Hence, the same is rectified and it is ordered that in the order dated 02.03.2017, in place of “FIR No.156/2016” , “FIR No.156/2015” may be read.
The application stands disposed of.
