Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking direction to the respondents to fairly investigate the F.I.R. in question.
However, the defects pointed out by the office have not been removed so far, although, this petition was filed in January, 2017.
None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
