Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that direction be issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dausa to expeditiously conclude the trial arising out of FIR No.158/15, registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Dausa for offence under Section 354 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the FIR was lodged in 2015. Petitioner was granted bail on 13.9.2015 and furthermore, charges were framed against the petitioner. It is averred that since 23.1.2016, matter is fixed for prosecution evidence, but since the Presiding Officer was not available, case has been unnecessarily adjourned. It is contended that till 30.8.2017 no witness has been examined,.
After hearing learned counsel for the ptitioner, present petition is allowed and the trial court is directed to conclude the

trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
