Investigating Officer Mr. Yashvant, SHO, Police Station Beawar City, District Ajmer is present in person who submitted factual report of the matter through learned Public Prosecutor Mr. N.S. Dhakad which is taken on record.
On instructions of Investigating Officer learned Public Prosecutor Mr. N.S. Dhakad submits that after investigation and after further investigation negative final report is proposed in this matter treating the allegations as false.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since Police has submitted negative final report, therefore, he wants to withdraw this misc. petition with liberty to file subsequent misc. petition if necessity arises.
In view of it, the misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Application No. 8421/2016 and Stay Application No. 567/2016 are also stand disposed off.
