These petitions have been filed under Section 482

Learned counsel for the petitioners have requested to this Court that direction should be given to the I.O. to investigate the matter fairly and properly, if challan has not been filed. They have also requested that if the petitioners submit any representation / documents, then the same should also be investigated by the Investigating Officer of the case.
Learned PP appearing for the State has opposed the
same.
The prayer of the counsel for the petitioners seems to be genuine, hence ordered accordingly.
Both the Cr. Misc. Petitions stand disposed of with the
aforesaid liberty/direction.
