Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, seeking direction to the Investigating Agency to conduct impartial investigation in FIR no. 455/2014 registered at Police Station Shipra Path, Jaipur City East for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
After investigation of the case, negative final report was submitted by the Investigating Agency. Magistrate has directed the Investigating Agency to conduct further investigation in the matter.
Since, the Magistrate already seized of the matter, no ground for interference by this court is made out.
