These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 26.05.2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Churu, whereby it has transferred the FR No. 172/2013 (FIR No. 358/2012), FR No. 182/2013 (FIR No. 247/2013) and FR No.39/2014 (FIR NO. 149/2013) of Police Station Sujangarh to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Churu. The said application was preferred on behalf of the alleged accused persons in the above mentioned FIRs. The court below in the orders dated 26.05.2016 has observed that as several other criminal and civil cases are pending between the parties in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Churu, it is appropriate to transfer the above mentioned final reports for adjudication to the court at Churu.
After going through the impugned orders, this Court does not find any illegality in the same, hence, no interference is called for. These criminal misc. petitions are dismissed.
Stay petitions also stand dismissed.
