Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 06.12.2016 whereby application moved by the petitioners under Section 70(2) Cr. P.C. was dismissed.
Heard.
In the present case, petitioners had jumped bail on 11.09.2000. Thereafter, proceedings under Section 82 of Code of Criminal procedure, 1973 were initiated against the petitioners. In these circumstances, the learned Trial Court had rightly dismissed the application moved by the petitioners under Section 70(2) Cr. P.C. No ground for interference by this court is made out.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
