These two bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.82/2017 P.S. Sayala for the offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 307 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record.

Co-accused Kuldeep Singh who was named in the F.I.R. has been enlarged on bail by this Court. On merit, the case of present petitioners stands on a better footing.

In this background and having regard to the entirety of facts and circumstances as available on record and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced at the bar, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners deserve to be released on bail.

Consequently, the bail applications are allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners, Narendra Singh @ Bheem Singh and Inder Singh arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.82/2017 P.S. Sayla shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
