Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 63/2017 registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, District Ajmer, for offence under Section 406, 421, 424, 120-B Indian Penal Code 1860.
Heard.
As per the prosecution story petitioner has neither repaid the loan instalments nor has returned the vehicle to the complainant. Petitioner had purchased the truck after obtaining loan from the complainant.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to her is made out.
