Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in Criminal Complaint No. 26/17 pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Jaipur District Jaipur, for offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code 1860.
Heard.
Present case is an outcome of Panchayat Elections. Petitioner is the elected Panch.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within 15 days from today, he be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the said court.
