As per the pro ioner had raped the prosecutrix. Prosecutrix while appearing the witness box, during trial has duly supported the prosecution case and has stated that the petitioner had been committing the offence by threatening her as he had prepared a video with regard to the rape committed with her by the petitioner on the first occasion.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled
against the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made
out.
