Petitioner has filed this 2nd petition under Section 439 Code
of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.54/2016 registered at Police Station Bhusawar, District Bharatpur (Raj.) for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 451 & 302 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
Present case relates to murder of Hukum Singh and injuries suffered by injured. As per the statements of the eye witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., deceased has been thrown in the well by accused Raman, Niranjan, Gopal & Chandar at the instance of accused Yad Ram & Chandar.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the alligations levelled against petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
