On consideration of submissions made on behalf of the complainant-petitioner and the material made available on record and more particularly looking to the reasons recorded by this Court in support of the order dated 04.04.2016 whereby benefit of bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. was granted to the respondentaccused, I do not find it a fit case in which while exercising discretion conferred upon this Court under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C, the bail granted to the respondent is to be cancelled.
Consequently, the criminal bail cancellation application is, hereby, dismissed.
