Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14-A Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as 'the SC & ST Act') seeking regular bail in FIR No.81/2015 registered at Police Station Basoli, Bundi, for offences u/S. 376, 366A, 363 Indian Penal Code 1860 and 3/4 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act 2012.
Heard.
As per the prosecution case, appellant and his coaccused have raped the prosecutrix aged about 12/13 years . Challan has been presented against the appellant. During Trial prosecutrix has duly supported the prosecution case.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations
levelled against the appellant, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
