Present appeal was filed on 16.06.2017. On the said date Registry raised an objection that the present appeal is not maintainable. Overlooking the objection, I have read the prayer made in the appeal. It is prayed in the appeal that the proceedings pending before Special Judge, Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, in Sessions case No.76/2016 titled as State versus Mishri Lal, be quashed.
For quashing of the proceedings no appeal is maintainable, hence, present appeal is disposed of as being not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., if so advised, to seek quashing of the
