Mr. Nawab Ali Rathore counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has not been complied with.
On the other hand Mr. M.M. Ranjan, Sr. Advocate assisted by Mr. Rajat Ranjan has submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been fully complied with.
In view of statement made by Mr. Ranjan, Sr. Advocate, the instant contempt petition filed by the petitioner does not survive and accordingly stands dismissed. The notices issued to the respondents/ contemnors stand discharged.
