This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents not to de-bar the petitioners from completing the ANM Training Course and to permit the petitioners for examination of ANM Ist year examination.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by judgment of this court in Kumari Pintoo vs. State of Raj. & Ors. in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1487/2015, wherein this court while relying on earlier judgments of Division Bench, dismissed the writ petitions.
In view of the submissions made the writ petition is also dismissed.
