The petitioner is aggrieved of non appointment for the post of Artisan Grade-III (Mechanical) pursuant to the notification dated 21.06.1997 issued by the Rajasthan State Roadways Transport Corporation.
I have heard the counsel for the parties and perused the writ petition.
The criteria for the selection for the Artizen GradeIII (Mechanical) by the respondent-RSRTC has been detailed in the writ petition but is not been stated that despite being qualified candidates less meritorious than the petitioner have been appointed to the post in issue. Aside of the aforesaid, the petition pertains to the recruitment of the year 1997 and no relief can potentially be granted 19 years thereafter in the year 2016.
I, therefore, find no force in the writ petition.
