Issue notice to the respondents. On asking of the Court, Mr. Vinayak Joshi, Penal Counsel for the R.S.R.T.C. has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition can be disposed of in the same terms as in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10477/2016 (Mohammed Siddiq Qureshi Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Others), decided on 05.08.2016, by the Coordinate Bench.

Mr. Vinayak Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-Corporation, has submitted that in the case of (Mohammed Siddiq Qureshi (supra), two month's time was granted to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner. Counsel has further submitted that in view of financial crises that Corporation is facing, six months time may be prescribed to consider and decide the proposed representation.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as agreed, the present writ petition stands disposed of , in the same terms as in S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.10477/2016 (Mohammed Siddiq Qureshi Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Others), decided on 05.08.2016 with the variation that the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in terms of the order passed in Mohammed Siddiq Qureshi (supra) shall be decided within a period of six-months from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner, along with copy of this order.

Let a copy of this order, under the seal and signature of the Court Master, be handed over to Mr. Vinayak Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-corporation, for onward transmission and necessary compliance.
