case of Manju Agrawal Vs. State of Rajasthan & another in SB Civil Writ Petition No.10829/2015 decided on 10.12.2015. It is contended that the representation may be considered by the Authorities in a given time frame.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid judgment and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the present bunch of writ petitions are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. In case, the representation is made within a period of four weeks from today, the respondents are directed to consider the same in the light of directions given in the aforesaid judgment (Supra) and if the said judgment applies to the facts of the instant case, the representation may be decided within a period of six weeks thereafter.

In view of above, the present bunch of writ petitions stands disposed of.
