Matter has come up on the Board for orders on an application bearing Inward No.36480/2016 filed by respondent No.4 viz., Shekhawati Gramin Bank, Branch Dhanduri District Jhunjhunu.
In the said application, it is stated that since the petitioner failed to deposit the installments of the loan account, he was declared defaulter and the property mortgaged with the bank was sold in the auction. It is submitted after adjusting the loan amount, excess amount received in auction sale, has been withdrawn by the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner is not present to controvert the submission advanced by Mr. Naveen Dhuwan, counsel appearing for the respondent No.4.
