Instant miscellaneous petition has been preferred under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of First Information Report No.156/2015, registered at Police Station Kolwa, District Dausa for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Mahesh Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the complainant-respondent No.2, has submitted that the report of investigation, along with the opinion of the Investigating Officer has already been filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction.
Mr. Vikas Kabra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that in view of statement made by Mr. Mahesh Gupta, ld. counsel appearing for complainant- respondent No.2, the present petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all arguments before the ld. Court below and reapproach this Court, in case grievance of the

petitioners is not readdressed.
Ordered accordingly.
