The present petition has been filed by the complainant praying that the investigating agency be directed to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case lodged by the complainant bearing FIR No. 239/ 2015 registered at Police Station Jobner, District Jaipur for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the investigating agency has acted in most unfair manner and in order to favour the accused, in a hurried manner are going to file Final Report in negative form.

The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation stand concluded and the investigating agency has proposed to file Final Report in negative form.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Investigating Officer is directed to submit the report of investigation along his opinion in the court of competent jurisdiction within a period of one month. In case the report is submitted in negative form, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition. Upon filing of the protest petition, the court below after hearing all concerned shall pass appropriate order within one month, thereafter.
