Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 38/2014 registered at Police Station Kekri, District Ajmer for offence under Sections 304-B and 201 Indian Penal Code 1860 (hereinafter referred to as IPC).
Heard.
In the present case, Vimla had died an unnatural death by consumption of poison within seven years of her marriage. The relatives of the deceased have been examined during trial and they have all deposed with regard to cruelty subjected to the deceased by the petitioner on account of demand of dowry.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out. Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, anything observed above will have no bearing on the merits of the case.
