Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) wants to withdraw the bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner(s) with liberty to surrender before the District Judge, Ajmer or any other concerned court. He further wants that if thereafter the petitioner(s) move(s) a fresh bail application before the court concerned, then the direction should be given to the court below to decide the same as early as possible, in accordance with law.
He is permitted to do so. Hence, the bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner(s) stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and direction.
