Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.219/2016 registered at Police Station Sadar, District Jaipur, for offence under Section 379, 420, 120B Indian Penal Code 1860.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2016. Challan has already been presented in the court. Co-accused has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 9.9.2016.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
