Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.41/2016 registered at Police Station G.R.P., District Ajmer, for offence under Section 8/18, 8/29 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985.
Heard.
As per the prosecution story, contraband in question was recovered from co-accused Manirul Islam. During interrogation the said accused stated that he was to deliver the contraband to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any other case under the Act.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
