Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 324/2016 registered at Police Station Bhinai, District Ajmer, for offence under Sections 14, 19/54 of Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950.
Heard.
Present case relates to recovery of liquor. Petitioner was the driver of the vehicle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 2.10.2016. There is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner is involved in any other criminal case.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
