Heard learned counsel for the parties on the interim bail application.
It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the marriage of petitioner's brother-Shri Vinod is going to take place on 11.10.2016. In support of this fact the petitioner has placed on record the marriage card.
In view of the above and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow this application for interim bail.
Consequently, the second interim application to the applicant is allowed.
It is ordered that the accused-petitioner-Naveen Chandra Joshi son of Late Shri Ganga Dutt Joshi, in FIR No.128/2016, registered at Police Station Manak Chowk, Jaipur, shall be released on interim bail w.e.f. 05.10.2016 till 17.10.2016 ; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. He shall surrender before the Jail Authorities at 5.00 PM on 17.10.2016. In case the petitioner does not surrender on 17.10.2016, then the Jail Authorities shall be free to take steps for arresting the petitioner.
