~rief facts of the case are that the complainant lodged an FIR No. 74/2000 at P.S. Gangapur city, ~i stri ct ~awaimadhopur. earned counsel for the accused petitioner has submitted that the accused petitioner was on bail and on the date fixed before the learned court below, he could not appear as he went outside to earn the livelihood as a result of which bail bonds were forfei ted . counsel has submi tted that the accused petitioner is in judicial custody since long and no purpose will be served in keeping him behind the Bar. counsel has submitted that the accused petitioner is ready to deposit the amount of fine, which this Court deems just and proper, hence the accused petitioner/s be re1 eased on bai 1 .

P.C. in connection with the aforesai d FIR, provi ded he/she/they furni sh/es a personal bond in the sum of ~s.2,00,000/(RUP~~S two lacs) together with two sureties in the sum of RS .1,00,000/(~upees one lac) each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the sti pulation that he/she/they shall appear before that court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. ~t the time of execution of bail bonds, Rs. 12,000/shall be deposited as fine before the trial court and thereafter, the accused petitioner shall be re1 eased on bai 1.
