Mr. J.K. Singhi, for the appellant.
The matter has come up on the application for recalling the order dt 27.9.2016 and restoration of the second appeal which was dismissed for non prosecution on account of non appearance of the counsel for the appellant.
For the reasons assigned in the restoration application, the application stands allowed.
Accordingly, the second appeal is restored to its original number with all consequential orders which were passed earlier, provided the applicant deposits a sum of Rs.1,500/- with the Secretary, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Rajasthan High Court Campus, Jaipur, within two weeks. If intimation about deposit of the amount is received by the Registry, then the second appeal may come up for admission immediately thereafter.
